L2/3 technical Engineer for MSP in Norwest

Must have a minimum of 3 years technical experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Managed Services Platform (Higher preference for experience with Datto BCDR-RMM/Autotask/IT Glue)
• Desktop, server and network support remotely using Remote Management and Monitoring tools.
• Manage support queues and support tickets and ensuring you can independently work from start to close.
• Liaise with clients/users to troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues whilst providing clients with honest and accurate advice.
• Scoping, Installation and Configuration of servers, desktops, firewalls and other IT equipment
• Be able to deploy cloud solutions such as Office 365 / Microsoft Azure & have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft365 platform incl deployment.
• Accurate time management and documentation for every job and project
• Provide feedback and work with internal team to always improve on processes and procedures.
• Completion of timesheets weekly
• Ticket management and documentation

Minimal Criteria to be considered.

• Clearly spoken English with a good ear to listen
• Virtualisation (Hyper V)
• Microsoft 365 Platform (Security / Email / Azure Entra)
• Must be able to follow direction, processes and procedures.
• Experience and understanding of DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, SDWAN
• MS Windows 10/11 Professional
• Install and Support with Windows Servers and Remote Desktop Servers from 2012R
• Active Directory (Server
• Excellent communication & customer skills
• Minimum 36 months experience in a technical support role
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Driver's license essential (automatic is fine)
• Be able to work independently and unsupervised
• Ability to lead, implement and deliver projects.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge in the following areas:

- Autotask PSA

- IT Glue

- Datto RMM and BCDR Products

- Fortinet products

- Microsoft Certifications

- Well spoken and written English

- Come from MSP background utilising similar tools
