We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Boilermaker to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in stainless steel fabrication, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of fabricators and welders, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of boilermakers and welders
  • Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
  • Oversee fabrication and welding of stainless steel components
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards
  • Train and mentor team members to support skill development
  • Collaborate with production and project managers to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in stainless steel fabrication
  • Proven supervisory or team leader experience
  • Relevant trade qualification in Boilermaking or Sheet Metal Fabrication
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality control
