About the Role

Responsible for overseeing all on-site civil works, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be the key link between the project management team and the on-site crews, ensuring all work is executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on a large-scale civil remediation works.
  • Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure their work aligns with project goals and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality checks.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor
  • Demonstrated expertise in sub-contractor management.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and relevant industry certifications (e.g., White Card).
