My client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property/Conveyancing and Leasing Lawyer (with a minimum of 3 years PAE) to contribute to their ongoing success, and play a key role in their developing Property law division.

About the Role

  • Excel in delivering excellent work and practical outcomes;
  • Bring in new work through supported business development measures;
  • Oversee some of the firm's more junior staff.

Experience

You also must have in depth knowledge, experience and expertise in Commercial Property and conveyancing and in particular, in the following areas:

  • Conveyancing - Property acquisitions and disposals;
  • Leasing - Complex leasing transactions;
  • Development - Developments (including subdivisions and partitioning);
  • Joint ventures - Work closely with their Corporate Team who will advise on corporate structures and joint ventures.
