About the role

Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Blue-Collar Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a at Mackay, QLD. This is a crucial role in our growing organisation, responsible for supporting the recruitment and mobilisation of our blue-collar workforce to ensure we can deliver on our customer commitments. As a Coordinator, you will play a key part in our company's success as we continue to expand our operations in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar roles, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and coordinate the timely fulfilment of these needs
  • Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our projected labour demands
  • Coordinate the mobilisation and deployment of our blue-collar workforce to project sites, ensuring all required documentation, equipment and logistics are in place
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment and mobilisation metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or mobilisation coordinator role, preferably within a blue-collar or construction industry setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software systems
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
