What You'll Be Doing

  • Craft and publish compelling job ads across platforms.
  • Source top talent using proactive strategies and online tools.
  • Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate client interviews and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
  • Build and nurture candidate pools through market engagement.
  • Ensure accurate database records and timely updates.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate care from start to finish.
