About the role
As our Senior Associate, Research, you will provide expert analysis and advice on remuneration and employment conditions, ensuring Government and organisational decisions are informed by robust data and insights. You will conduct research on public sector remuneration trends, both within NSW and interstate, to support bargaining strategies and workforce planning.
In this role, you will add value by delivering high-quality reports and recommendations, identifying emerging workforce trends, and contributing to industrial policy development. Working closely with business analysts and key stakeholders, you will help shape remuneration strategies, improve employment conditions, and support the Government's broader workforce objectives. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective bargaining outcomes. We are currently looking to fill this role on a temporary basis until 2027, with the potential to extend or convert to ongoing.
