We are now seeking a dedicated Medical Sales Representative to join our team and strengthen our presence across New South Wales.

Role Overview

The Medical Sales Representative will focus on expanding our medical channels by securing product listings and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators while supporting our Midwife Educator to deliver evidence-based training and resources. This is a field-based role for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building partnerships, expanding access, and driving impact in maternal and infant care.

Key Responsibilities

·       Promote our maternal and baby health product range to hospitals, maternity units, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

·       Negotiate product listing and procurement opportunities with hospital purchasing departments and healthcare networks.

·       Develop strategic partnerships with maternity hospitals, women's health organisations, and healthcare groups.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with obstetricians, midwives, lactation consultants, pediatricians, and allied healthcare staff.

·       Collaborate with our Midwife Educator to arrange and support education sessions for healthcare professionals.

·       Support the development and delivery of evidence-based educational materials.

·       Act as a product expert, providing clinical insights and demonstrating safe and effective product use.

·       Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in NSW.

·       Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

·       Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to support business strategy.

·       Attend relevant medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events as required.

·       Maintain accurate records of activities and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar role within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.

·       Strong network within hospitals, maternity care, or women's health preferred.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare educators and independently manage a sales territory.

·       Knowledge of healthcare compliance, ethical sales practices, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., TGA in Australia).

·       Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

·       A genuine passion for supporting mothers, babies, and families.

·       Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW.
