Our Bodycare Hand, Wrist + Elbow team is led by AHTA-accredited therapist Michelle Ericsson, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, collaboration, and professional growth.
The Role: Hand Therapist
We're seeking an experienced Hand Therapist (2+ years) to manage a varied caseload, including acute injuries, chronic conditions, fractures, tendon/nerve repairs, arthritis, and post-surgical rehab. You'll work closely with patients, families, referrers, and our multidisciplinary team. Flexible hours are available (min. 2 days/week), with strong support for ongoing learning and career development.
About You
- AHPRA-registered, ideally AHTA-accredited or working towards it
- Skilled in splinting, assessment, and management of complex hand and upper limb conditions
- Strong communicator, adaptable, and collaborative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
