Chef/Cook – Full-Time or Casual Fast-Paced À La Carte Kitchen
We're on the hunt for passionate, skilled Chefs/Cooks to join our energetic and high-performing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, à la carte environment full-time hours at casual rate available. This position includes split shifts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking a high-quality à la carte menu to the highest standards
- Working across all sections of the kitchen – experience as an all-rounder is essential
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with stock control and stock take
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced à la carte kitchen
- Strong skills across all kitchen sections – we're after true do-it-alls
- A great attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver during high-volume services
- Flexibility and excellent availability, including nights, weekends & public holidays (This position includes split shifts.)
- Stock rotation and inventory knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to work legally in Australia – no sponsorship available
