We are partnering with a highly awarded independent agency based in Sydney to hire a
Senior Account Manager
who lives and breathes
influence and creators
. You'll be the connective tissue between client, PR partners, event/production agencies, venues, making sure
luxury-standard
launches and experiences run like clockwork for our client in Sydney.

What you'll own

  • End-to-end coordination
    of PR & experiential programmes: timelines, ROS, run-throughs, talent/influencer call sheets, onsite management.
  • Multi-stakeholder wrangling:
    clients' PR/brand leads, event agencies, production vendors, venue ops, retail teams, mall management, photographers/film crews.
  • Client service:
    be the day-to-day trusted partner; drive weekly WIPs, status docs, contact reports, and decision logs.
  • Budget & scope control:
    build POs/SOWs, track spend, reconcile post-event, manage change requests with zero surprises.
  • Asset & content delivery:
    oversee invites/RSVP flows, press materials, giftings, shot lists, content approvals, post-event press notes, and highlight reels.
  • Measurement & reporting:
    attendance vs. target, tier-1/2 media hits, EMV/Reach, influencer performance, social recaps; clear, beautifully packaged
    post-mortems
    .
  • Risk & compliance:
    permits, H&S, insurance, contingency plans, VIP movement/security, brand guidelines.

Ideal profile

  • 5–8 years
    in account management/PR/events within agencies or luxury brands;
    luxury category experience
    (fashion, beauty, spirits, hospitality, watches/jewellery, or automotive) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record running
    launches, pop-ups, store openings, showings, tastings, runway/presentations, or high-touch clienteling events
    .
  • Comfortable steering external
    event/production agencies
    and
    PR partners
    ; you know when to push and when to protect the work.
  • Immaculate
    project discipline
    : timelines, critical paths, Gantt, ROS, vendor matrices; you keep 30+ moving parts aligned.
  • Onsite leadership
    : calm under pressure, decisive, diplomatic with VIPs and exacting with suppliers.
  • Strong written comms: briefing notes, press materials (with PR partner), invites, captions, decks.
  • Tools: Google Workspace/MS Office, basic budgeting, project tools (e.g., Monday/Asana/Smartsheet), RSVP/guest-list platforms.
