. This is a long-term contractual position.

Position Description:

The RPA Developer designs, builds and maintains UiPath automations that streamline business processes, working within agile delivery teams and a secure ICT environment. The role delivers value by analysing candidate processes, developing resilient automations, and supporting transition to production while complying with organisational security, quality and change-management standards.

Responsibilities:

Specified Personnel will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, including but not limited to:

  • Analyze business workflows, identify automation opportunities and prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Develop unattended and attended UiPath automations (Studio / Studio X) in line with coding, logging and exception-handling standards.
  • Configure Orchestrator assets, queues, triggers and schedules; implement role-based access controls and encryption in accordance with Information Security Manual (ISM) controls or equivalent.
  • Build reusable components, libraries and frameworks to accelerate future automations.
  • Package releases in UiPath Orchestrator, coordinate deployments with Release & Change Management, and conduct smoke tests across relevant environments.
  • Provide hyper-care / warranty support, monitor robot performance dashboards, remediate defects, and implement continual-improvement changes.
  • Transfer skills and knowledge to client staff through pair-programming, walkthroughs and formal training sessions.
  • Ensure automations align with applicable security frameworks (e.g., ISM, PSPF) and organisational policies.
  • Contribute to the Automation Centre of Excellence by submitting reusable objects and lessons learnt.
  • Assess and mitigate technical and operational risks; escalate blockers, security issues and scope changes to the RPA Lead and Product Owner.

Desirable skills

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer and have involve is Solution Design level across all RPA products.
  • Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center or Test Suite.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and integration tools (MuleSoft, API Gateway).
