
Accounts Payable Officer

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Corporate Services team at RACQ. In this role, you'll provide efficient and accurate accounts processing and payment services, ensuring compliance with financial processes and delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Process invoices and payments accurately and within agreed timeframes.
Partner with internal finance teams and the wider RACQ organisation to support understanding of financial processes.
Investigate and resolve aged payable transactions and member-impacting issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Group Finance and frontline teams.
Assist with process improvements and contribute to finance-related projects.
About you:
3 + years experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficient in AP systems and processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate issues effectively.
