ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER (Email/Admin)

Our Support Office in Pinkenba is the heart of our operations. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to work as part of the Accounts Payable Team.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Processing urgent payment requests in line with internal procedures.
  • Administering the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Filing and archiving payment support documentation in accordance with company policy.
  • Providing courteous and timely support to branch teams regarding AP-related matters.
  • Adapting to changes in duties as required by the evolving needs of the Group.

  • Administrative Experience: Proven ability to manage office tasks such as email correspondence, phone handling, and document filing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially when dealing with urgent requests and daily routines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and escalate when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working within a team environment and supporting colleagues as needed.
