We are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a likeminded individual who will bring a positive, and collaborative can do attitude to achieving successful and safe lifting outcomes. We don't just want someone in a seat; we want someone who is passionate about operating cranes and believes their operating abilities, knowledge and attitude will make our teams better at what they do.

The Opportunity

Our cranes work predominantly as an integral part of our structural steel installation teams. We also support a number of other clients with their general crane hire work requirements throughout the Adelaide metro areas.

We're seeking an experienced Crane Operator (CO) to join our growing business. We are offering a fulltime position, with consistent hrs, and an immediate start. A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate cranes on industrial and commercial job sites
  • Collaborate with skilled crew members to complete complex lifts
  • Uphold high safety and compliance standards at all times
  • Adapt to a variety of lifting projects and site conditions
  • High standard toward equipment maintenance and cleanliness

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Valid CO Crane Licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • HR/HC Licence and reliable transport

Highly Regarded:

  • Additional tickets: RB, RI, RA, or DG (Dogging & Rigging)
  • Experience with Liebherr or Tadano mobile cranes
  • Strong work ethic, safety focus, and forward thinking
  • A supportive and collaborative can do attitude
  • Sound mechanical/equipment knowledge
