As a New & Used Car Sales Consultant for Pacific Gympie you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group with 3 dealership locations between Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and you will have access to all of our brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda and JAC. The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast region and provides jobs to over 90 people locally. You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about all things automotive, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving high results.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the perfect new & pre-owned vehicle or new vehicle to suit their needs and budget.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Build lasting relationships with customers and generate referrals.

Stay up-to-date on inventory, features, financing options, and promotions.

Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.

Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service throughout the buying process and beyond.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience in automotive, with used car experience is highly desirable – If you have a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, we will train you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for cars and customer service.

Ability to work Saturdays.

A valid driver's license is mandatory.
