Sales Associate - Stroud Homes Wide Bay

Reporting to the company directors you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record on new home sales and ideally land packages. You will be working in a high traffic area with a very high customer demand and this would be an extremely rewarding role for the right consultant.

To be successful you should be able to demonstrate ;

•A solid understanding of housing industry regulations

•The ability to manage high volume display centers

•Exceptional customers service skills

•The ability to generate and follow up leads when achieving sales targets

•Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers

•Excellent presentation and communication skills

•Local Market knowledge

Ideally successful applications will have:

•Good IT skills

•A positive disposition 

•The ability to work to targets and achieve predetermined sales goals
