What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to delivery and post-sale support
  • Maintain focus on company profit margins and identify financing options to assist customers
  • Attend industry events such as Dig Days, demonstrations, presentations, and field days
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends within the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the machinery or agricultural industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
  • Professional and polished presentation
  • Confidence with technology and a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • A genuine interest in our products and commitment to providing excellent customer service
