The role:
MULTIPLE CASUAL SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE - LIDCOMBE, NSW
As a Processing Worker, you will be a vital part of our operations at our Lidcombe facility. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure our high-quality seafood products are processed, graded, and packaged to the highest standards. We are looking for self-motivated team players who are ready to learn and contribute to our fast-paced processing environment.
This is a temporary role commencing on 11th December 2025 and concluding at the end of December 2025.
Although previous experience is preferred, we provide on-the-job training. We would love to hear from you if you are reliable, have a great attitude, and are ready to embark on a new role with a leader in Australian seafood
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the efficient processing, grading, and packaging of our premium seafood products.
Maintaining excellent standards of quality and hygiene throughout the production process.
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Role requirements:
Must be available to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Must be available for varying shifts between 5:00 am and 9:00 pm.
The ability to speak and understand English to a good standard is essential for clear communication regarding safety and tasks.
Ability to work in a cold food-processing environment.
Full working rights in Australia and a reliable way of getting to and from work.
A proactive, team-player attitude and a strong work ethic.
The physical capability to meet the demands of a food-processing environment.
A willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical functional assessment and alcohol and drug test.
Role offerings:
A competitive hourly rate, with a base rate of $32.23/hr (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
