**The Position**:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract. If you love technology, enjoy problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment then keep reading

**About the position**:
Your duties will be, but not limited to:

- Goods receipting of inventory items based on proof of delivery
- Ensuring 3-way matching for raw material purchases
- Ensuring invoice coding and processing is performed on a timely basis
- Processing of creditor payments and payments outside run requested by Payroll
- Preparation and distribution of remittance advices to suppliers
- Monitoring and reconcile GRNI account monthly
- Reconciliation and reviewing of creditors aged trial balance to the general ledger
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations for major suppliers
- Administer company E-Toll and United Petrol Account
- Assist with booking End of Month accruals
- Ensure invoice approvals align with companies delegated approval limits

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
- Degree in Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
- Practical experience with ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Hold full work rights in Australia
