**Position Summary**

**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Manages and executes talent acquisition (recruiting, documenting, extends offer, interviewing, onboarding, etc.)
- Updates current and designs new recruiting procedures.
- Consults with senior management teams to determine hiring forecasts. Develops and strategies to meet recruiting and hiring goals.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identifies opportunities for streamlining, increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
- Tracks attrition and reports trends, and works towards increasing employee retention.
- Runs and analyses reports for attrition, hiring trends, financial impacts, payroll, and other pertinent information.
- Provides support and guidance to management regarding personnel needs.
- Tracks offer packages and coordinates with management to maintain consistency within the relevant department(s).
- Manages recruitment efforts and placement fee budgets.
- Travels approximately 3 times per month to run recruiting events at locations.
- Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.
