**About the Role**

Join our Lidcombe-based salmon processing facility as a Maintenance Fitter. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processing site plant and machinery, contributing to our mission of excellence in aquaculture and seafood.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain processing site plant and machinery;
- Ensure optimum efficiency and product quality;
- Minimise equipment failure in accordance with regulations and company procedures;
- Work on dedicated projects as part of a dynamic team.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical fitter with a minimum of 5 years' experience in food or pharmaceutical production environments;
- Strong technical aptitude and experienced in fault-finding mechanical and pneumatic issues;
- Familiar with HACCP food safety requirements;
- Willing to work flexible hours, including afternoons, Saturdays, and variable shifts;
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrates initiative, drive, and the ability to lead and motivate others.

**Skills to Enhance Success**:

- MEX software experience;
- Forklift licence;
- TIG welding.
