ABOUT THE COMPANY

Paragon Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor and systems integrator delivering maintenance, upgrades, installations and projects across Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Data Centre environments.

Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of industrial and mission-critical work, the business is now seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead an established team, manage operations, and help shape the future of the division.

THE ROLE

This role oversees a team of 6 electricians and apprentices with a mandate to grow and will be based in Western Sydney with travel across Greater Sydney (tool-of-trade vehicle provided). You will be responsible for team leadership, site delivery, safety, P&L management, client relationships and operational coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6 with further growth expected
  • Oversee industrial electrical installations, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and upgrades
  • Coordinate scheduling, resources, materials and job sequencing
  • Manage P&L including labour utilisation, budgets and margins
  • Strengthening client relationships and identifying future opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and planning

ABOUT YOU

You'll be an ambitious individual who will need to be a confident people leader with excellent communication skills. You will enjoy developing teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders whilst mentoring your team and seeing it grow.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • NSW A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • industrial experience (FMCG, manufacturing, F&B, data centres)
  • Experience supervising trades and apprentices
  • Commercial awareness with P&L exposure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical and automation systems i.e. VSD, HMI, PLC etc
  • Ability to travel across Greater Sydney (vehicle provided)
