If you're after impact, there's no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

You're a forward thinker who sees potential where others don't. You'll have the chance to shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations to enjoy.

In this role, you'll:

Lead Sydney Metro's interests across a complex station precinct with a strong focus on strata, Building Management Statements (BMS) and facilities management. You will be the primary interface with owners corporations, strata and building managers and facilities managers ensuring Sydney Metro's obligations as a lot owner are clearly understood, complied with and effectively managed.

You will:

  • Lead relationships with strata, building and facilities managers to oversee the operation of shared facilities and back of house areas, resolve defects and non-compliance and ensure decisions made in BMS and facilities forums protect the railway and support whole-of-precinct outcomes.
  • Manage a range of activities to effectively integrate the metro station and precinct with the local community whilst maintaining and protecting the network as required.
  • Play a key role in driving enhanced customer experiences and benefits realisation for the local community, including driving value for money and secondary revenue opportunities across the precinct where these are compatible with safe and reliable operations.
  • Engage with key third party stakeholders within the station precinct including developers, adjoining landowners, retailers, commercial tenants, utilities and local government and analyse their interests, applying expert analysis and problem solving skills to negotiate outcomes that protect the station precinct and optimise results for Sydney Metro and third parties.
