Are you passionate about numbers, precision, and making sure every cent is accounted for? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer who thrives in a billing-heavy environment and enjoys working with purpose and autonomy.

This role is based in our Hamilton office and reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. You'll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring residents are billed accurately for site fees and utilities, and that payments are processed and reconciled with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing rental and utility billing across multiple community sites
  • Performing receipting and bank reconciliations with accuracy
  • Sending monthly statements and following up on outstanding payments
  • Ensuring revenue is coded correctly and ledgers are clean
  • Communicating with residents, families, and third-party payers like Centrelink

About You

  • Solid experience in accounts receivable and billing
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
  • High attention to detail and a love for getting things right
  • Clear, confident communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with ease
