How You Will Contribute as a Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in developing and motivating a high-performing outbound sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of outbound sales consultants
  • Driving sales performance and achieving team targets
  • Providing training, guidance, and motivation to enhance individual success
  • Monitoring KPIs, call metrics, and lead conversion rates
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize performance
  • Handling escalations and supporting team members with objections
