At Baja you'll lead the kitchen and shape the menu and service, while the owner and and front-of-house team back you every step of the way.

Who you are
- A proven chef with leadership experience and a reputation for consistency and flavour
- Reliable, organised and hands-on — you lead by example and lift the team
- Passionate about bold, well-executed food and improving systems and service
- Happy to accept support and collaborate with owners and FOH to deliver great nights
