At Baja you'll lead the kitchen and shape the menu and service, while the owner and and front-of-house team back you every step of the way.

  • A proven chef with leadership experience and a reputation for consistency and flavour
  • Reliable, organised and hands-on — you lead by example and lift the team

  • Happy to accept support and collaborate with owners and FOH to deliver great nights
