Employment Type: Casual / Temporary

Pay: $32.56 – $38.00 per hour

Hours: Up to 28 hours per week | 4 hours/day | Monday to Sunday

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real impact in your community? Ablepoint Australia is looking for an experienced Home Care Support Worker (Male or Female) to join our team in Goodooga, NSW.

We're proud to support NDIS participants and are looking for someone who shares our passion for care and empowerment.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care, support with hygiene, and daily living activities
  • Assist with community access, shopping, cooking, and light cleaning
  • Support the development of life skills and independence
  • Implement tailored support plans, including those with behavioral needs
  • Work within participants' homes or supported living environments

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 6 months experience in mental health, autism, or disability support
  • Willing to assist with personal care & domestic tasks

Required or willing to obtain:

  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Strong communication, patience, and a positive attitude
