**Job Title: Disability Support Worker**

**Location**: In-Person (Various Queensland locations)

**Pay Range**: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

**About the Role**:
**Reliable Nursing and Community Care** is seeking compassionate and reliable **Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care to clients in their homes and**communities. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and using simple digital tools to document and communicate support provided.

We proudly support both **aged care clients and NDIS participants**, delivering services that reflect individual needs and goals. You’ll play an essential role in empowering people to live safely and confidently in their own homes.

As an independent nursing agency, aged care provider, and NDIS-registered provider, we operate across metropolitan Sydney and are now expanding throughout Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, and continence support
- Assist with domestic tasks such as cleaning and cooking
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Record daily notes and communicate with your team using basic digital tools (e.g., mobile apps or online forms)

**Shift Availability**:

- Morning
- Afternoon
- Evening
- Weekend and public holiday shifts available_

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle (with registration and insurance)
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Diploma in Community Services
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certification
- Basic comfort with using mobile phones or digital tools for communication and reporting
- Full work rights in Australia
