**The role**

**Are you a caring support worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people and elderly? Do you have First Aid, CPR, Blue card and yellow card? have worked with people with disability? If you have certificate lll in individual support or disability? If you answered yes then, WE NEED YOU**

While no two days are the same, one thing is for certain is that you will be a positive role model who will be there to answer questions, provide positive guidance and encourage aspects of the young person's life such as overall wellbeing and career aspirations.

We understand that the role can be quite varied depending on the child and young person you support however, your day-to-day may involve you assisting with homework, cooking, shopping, transportation and doctor appointments bookings etc.

**About you**

As a Support Worker, you are empathetic, understanding and have the ability to relate to children and young people in care.

You also have the following:

- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Have completed Certificate lll in individual support/disability services or any relevant certificate?
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening (NDISWC) or Yellow Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver's License, reliable car & insurance
- Police check etc...
