About us

We are a well-established and growing specialist practice focused on providing excellent quality medical and surgical eye care. We have multiple ophthalmologists consulting in the Bundoora rooms and we provide surgical care in hospitals throughout Melbourne. You will work with two or three others on a wide variety of work, under the direction of the Practice Manager. The office is busy and we support our staff with a flexible and friendly work environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Front desk reception
  • Meeting and greeting patients on arrival to practice
  • Scheduling patient consultation appointments
  • Liaising with patients and answering general enquiries
  • Processing payments and reconciliations
  • Experience with Genie software is desirable
  • Improving practice efficiency and participating in team meetings
