Description

  • Lead financial strategy and planning for the Australia and New Zealand region.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand financial regulations.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Optimise financial performance through cost management and resource allocation.
  • Support business growth initiatives through insightful financial analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.

Profile

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive senior financial leadership experience across media, agency, and professional services sectors, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian and New Zealand financial regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a finance team.
