The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintain strict food safety standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. Your skills will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meals to the highest standard across all service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with Australian Food Hygiene Standards
  • Assist with stock control, portion management, and minimizing wastage
  • Support menu execution and seasonal specials
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hotel team

What We're Looking For

  • AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
