**About the role**:
Go behind the scenes in our operations team. Our Operations Support Specialist are committed to ensuring all shipments move as fast as possible, in accordance with all rules and regulations, so that we can deliver on our service promises.
- Generate paperwork for outbound flights
- Target and arrange fastest possible flights solution
- Coordinate paperwork and assist to arrange retrieval and delivery for inbound flights
- Manage and ensure accurate charging to customer for special services
- Provide internal and external customer service
- Ensure high security service procedures are adhered to at all times

**Experience required**:

- Well-developed computer skills
- Exposure to airline processes is desirable
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility

**In addition to the essential experience, the following traits are desirable**:

- Reliability with a can-do attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Able to work well under pressure
