Are you passionate about fitness and love helping others become the best version of themselves? Orangetheory Fitness Mosman is seeking an energetic, motivating, and experienced Group Fitness Coach to join our growing team.


About Orangetheory:

Orangetheory is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-led group workout designed to produce results. Each session combines cardio, strength, and endurance training in a heart rate-monitored environment to help members burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost their overall fitness — all in just one hour.


About the Role:

We are offering a permanent full-time position working Sunday to Thursday, leading world-class group fitness sessions and creating transformational experiences for our members. You'll be part of a supportive, high-energy team in a studio that's growing fast and changing lives daily.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, high-energy group workouts that follow the Orangetheory program.
  • Motivate and coach members of all fitness levels in a fun and inclusive environment.
  • Modify exercises for individuals as needed, ensuring safety and accessibility for all.
  • Help members set and achieve their personal fitness goals through encouragement and guidance.
  • Build class attendance and foster strong relationships to retain existing members.
  • Handle member concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused attitude.
  • Support the studio team with trial classes, tours, and member onboarding when required.
  • Participate in monthly fitness team meetings and mandatory educational workshops.
  • Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

What You'll Bring:
  • Current fitness certification (e.g., Cert III/IV in Fitness).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • 1+ years of experience in group fitness.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and safe training practices.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping people live healthier, stronger lives.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
