F45 Mosman is seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for leading and instructing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions, providing guidance and motivation to clients, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct F45 HIIT sessions, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down periods.
- Provide modifications and progressions to exercises to accommodate clients' abilities and fitness levels.
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and safety precautions.
- Maintain knowledge of F45 training protocols and program updates.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Engage with clients and build rapport to promote client retention and referral.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training, group fitness, or HIIT instruction.
- Knowledge of fitness principles, exercise science, and training methodology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Certification in fitness-related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, move, and lift weights for extended periods.
- Ability to perform exercises and demonstrate proper technique.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a loud and fast-paced environment.
