F45 Mosman are on the hunt for a highly motivated, confident and experienced Group Trainer for our F45 Training studio.This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of our established team and join our thriving studio.

As an F45 instructor you will run industry leading HIIT sessions. During these sessions, you will motivate our members to push their limits, while delivering a 5-star service for our members. Our trainers take pride in our studio and the F45 brand and work to cultivate a great community vibe within our studio.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Deliver high intensity interval group training sessions
- Motivate studio members during and after training
- Deliver instruction in the F45 terminology
- Ensure clients are using correct form at all times
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment at all times
- Assist in completing fitness appraisals, pre-exercise screening
- Welcome clients by name
- Act professionally at all times

**Skills and experience**
- Certificate IV in Personal Training or Certificate III in Group Fitness
- Current senior First Aid, AED and CPR
- Fitness Australia Registration and all necessary insurances
- Reliable and Flexible hours.
- Work morning and nights and some weekends
- Ambition for career progression

**Salary**: $400.00 - $450.00 per week
