Metro Gate & Balustrades specialises in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality fencing, gates, handrails, and balustrades for commercial and residential projects. We work with premium materials including glass, stainless steel, and aluminium.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on three key areas:

· Preparing accurate cost estimates for tenders, variations, and contracts within agreed timeframes

· Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions that meet project goals

· Working closely with internal teams – including drafting, operations, and installation – to ensure efficient project delivery and excellent customer service

Skills and Experience Required

· At least 5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry

· Solid understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
