About the role

This is a full-time Pressure Cleaner - Leading Hand position based in Brisbane QLD As the Pressure Cleaner - Leading Hand, you will be responsible (at times) for managing a team of pressure cleaners and overseeing all pressure cleaning operations to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  1. (At times) supervising and leading a team of pressure cleaners to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
  2. Providing on-site guidance, training and support to the pressure cleaning team
  3. Assessing job requirements, allocating tasks and monitoring team performance
  4. Ensuring all pressure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and used safely
  5. Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
  7. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on team performance

Basic Shifts

  1. Sunday to Thursday nights 10pm to 5:30am

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a pressure cleaning role, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team
  2. A minimum of 1-2 years of pressure cleaning experience is required
  3. 1-3 years of team leadership experience is essential
  4. Excellent knowledge of pressure cleaning techniques, equipment and safety protocols
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at times.
  7. The ability to work alone and within a team.
  8. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
  9. An open licence (C class) is required for this position
  10. Valid Australian work rights are required
