We are seeking passionate and professional Front of House staff to join our dedicated team in a fine dining hatted restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where exceptional service, product knowledge, and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, with confidence in making recommendations
  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
  • RSA certification (essential)
