Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead Software Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development and improvement of our website product. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the project, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall success of product expansions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a significant impact in the tech and planning industries.  
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the PlanDAT website product, ensuring high-quality code and best practices are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Drive the expansion of the product into new states and countries, as well as the introduction of new features and functionalities.
- Implement and leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to other team members as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant technologies into our product.  
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on web development.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with relevant tech stacks.
- Experience in AI development and its application in web-based products is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge product.
