
Registrar - University College Admissions

We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organised Registrar to manage the full enrolment lifecycle at King's College. This is a dynamic, front-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and systems.
What you'll be doing:Admissions Management
- Manage all student enrolments from enquiry to commencement.
- Coordinate interviews and conduct college tours.
School Visits and Roadshows
- Liaise with schools and coordinate attendance at education and career expos.
- Maintain the school contacts database and support Executive Team participation in outreach events.
Marketing and Events
- Support Open Days, Tour Mornings, and Enrolment Day activities.
- Coordinate biannual newsletters for school guidance officers in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including university departments, international student agents, and alumni networks.
What we're looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Education, Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience with admissions processes and systems. StarRez resident and property management platform, would be desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional demeanour.
- High-level digital literacy, including database and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Understanding of the higher education landscape and residential student environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive or complex situations confidently.
- Eligibility for or holder of a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
