Adelaide, South Australia Randstad - Business Support Full time $43,000 - $86,000 per year

Randstad is currently recruiting for a number of Budget Management/Planners to join our clients, fast-growing Federal Government Department

This will require a high level of stakeholder management skills, written and communications skills along with the ability to work in a time pressure environment and be agile in a changing environment.

  • Attractive Hourly Pay Rates $43+ per hour + superannuation
  • Full Time Hours, Monday-Friday, multiple locations across South Australia
  • Long-term contract with potential extensions available

About the role:

  • Gathering information and analysing records and provide recommendations based on evidence
  • Assisting with complex matter via phone or email and have ability to have difficult discussions
  • Completing administrative and data entry tasks relating to participants
  • Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators
  • Resolving issues and complaints in relation to participant plans

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of NDIS policies and guidelines and plans
  • Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders in challenging circumstances.
  • Ability to look at figures, create a budget and calculate funding
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple systems
  • Exceptional report writing skills
