Our approach enables clients to improve time efficiency and maximise their profitability. We are a growing business and currently have 25 team members.

Opportunity:

Due to growing client demand, we're looking to welcome an additional bookkeeper to our expanding team of professionals

While the role is primarily based in our South Perth office, we offer the flexibility to work from home once you're settled in. You'll also have the option to work full 7.5-hour days or structure your hours across the week in a way that suits your lifestyle.

The role includes collaborating closely with our internal team and managers, managing a diverse range of bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients and direct liaison with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing recurring bookkeeping for small and medium business clients, primarily focused on the Accounts Payable function and bank reconciliations
  • Processing payroll
  • Primarily using Xero and HubDoc

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 years experience with processing AP, bank reconciliations and payroll


  • Strong experience in Xero
  • Experience with HubDoc is welcome, but not essential
  • Experience with Employment Hero is welcome, but not essential
  • Organised and good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and develop
