**About the Opportunity**:
**Objectives**;

**Responsibilities**
- General accounting duties
- Preparation of financial statements / reports by collecting, analysing and summarising accounting for information
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll on Xero and generating invoices
- Process sales invoices, including monthly billing
- Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements

**Requirements**:

- Certificate level qualification or higher in bookkeeping/accounting
- Strong financial and administrative skills as well as compliance capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills

**Desirable**
- Trained in Xero
- An eye for detail and a proactive attitude with an eye to streamlining business procedures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
- A professional, punctual honest approach
- Data entry

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
