About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative, operational, and financial functions of our office. This role will suit a detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient business operations.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and internal communication across departments.
- Supervise administrative staff and support teams.
- Maintain and manage company records, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics and fleet management support in alignment with company operations.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service partners professionally.
- Support management in HR processes, recruitment coordination, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software systems.
- Experience within logistics, transport, or service-related industries will be highly regarded.
