Experienced Landscape Team Leader & Garden Maintenance Team Members (Multiple Positions Available)

Who we are:

Garden Needs is a leading installer of natural turf & irrigation systems as well as garden maintenance of commercial & residential properties in SA. With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results for our clients & maintaining the highest standards of service.

About the role:

We are seeking an Experienced Team Leader & Team Members to keep up with our growing clientele.

Duties will include but not limited to;

  • Excavation & Site Preparation
  • All aspects of irrigation & repairs
  • Installation of turf & garden edging
  • Turf & garden maintenance
  • Turf rejuvenation

Skills & Experience:

  • MR Truck licence
  • Experience with excavators, bobcats & kanga
  • 3+ years of experience in similar role (with references)
  • Proven solid work ethic
  • Can work well both with a team or independently
  • Able to communicate clearly & effectively
  • Problem solver & an eye for detail
  • Well presented & aware of the physical nature of the demanding job

We are looking for applicants for an immediate start.

Hourly rate will be based on role taken & experience.
