About the role

Climbing Tree Creations' is seeking experienced and skilled landscapers to join our highly skilled teams based in Royal Park, SA.

As a Skilled Landscaper, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscaping services to our commercial clients. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a dynamic, environmentally-conscious company.

What you'll be doing

  • Implementing innovative landscaping solutions to transform outdoor spaces
  • Carrying out all aspects of landscaping work, including site preparation, planting, lawn care, and hardscaping
  • Collaborate with the team to construct award winning commercial landscapes and play spaces.
  • Operate machinery and equipment, including excavators and skid steers, for various landscaping tasks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions in team discussions.
  • Assist in creating outdoor spaces that inspire children's interaction with nature.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our landscaping practices and processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a landscaper or in a similar role
  • A White Card (construction industry induction).
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe machinery operation
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation (MR truck license preferred and a clean driving record).
  • Experience in landscaping or a similar field.
