We're now looking for an experienced Production Manager — ideally with a strong panel beating background — to help lead our growing workshop and keep production flowing efficiently from start to finish.

About the Role

The Production Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our repair shop, overseeing staff, managing workflow, and maintaining quality control across all jobs. You'll be on the floor each day — guiding the team, checking vehicles, and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Overseeing daily production schedules and workflow across the workshop


• Allocating jobs and managing staff efficiency and productivity


• Checking over vehicles before completion and ensuring quality standards are met


• Liaising with all staff to keep jobs on track


• Supporting and mentoring team members when challenges arise


• Ensuring safety, organisation, and clear communication throughout the workshop

About You

We're looking for someone who:


• Has a background in panel beating


• Understands how a busy repair shop operates from the ground up


• Can communicate clearly and lead a team with respect and fairness


• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail


• Is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Is confident in using or learning systems like Audanet or iBodyShop
