About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vascular Access Specialist to join our national specialist team on a part-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager ANZ – Vascular Access, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our vascular access product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise and commercial acumen in a dynamic, supportive environment where innovation and impact matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with ITL's corporate objectives to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive long-term engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness and product uptake.
- Lead and support new product launches, ensuring seamless market introduction and adoption.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Provide timely, accurate feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Coordinate and support customer-focused meetings, product demonstrations, workshops, and conferences as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for improving clinical outcomes and driving growth.
Essential Requirements:
- Current Australian driver's licence
- National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check
Highly Regarded Experience & Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in vascular access teams and/or 5 years hospital-based sales experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Ability to work autonomously while actively contributing to team goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to initiate and develop new customer relationships.
- Confidence in identifying clinical needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in delivering professional presentations to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated sales success, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Sound commercial and financial awareness, with strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.
